Plastic surgeon John A. Ness has been rated one of Minnesota's Best Doctors for Women in Minnesota Monthly magazine's January issue. Ness opened his own practice, Ness Plastic Surgery, in January 2011 with offices in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud.
