'Scandal's' Lisa Kudrow calls nose job at age 16 'a good, good change'

Lisa Kudrow didn't wait until she was in Hollywood to get plastic surgery. When she was 16, the current "Scandal" guest star admits she got rhinoplasty to fix what she calls her "hideous" nose.
