KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: The Assistant Undersecretary for Domestic Affairs at the Ministry of Health Dr Mohammad Al-Qashti says the ministry is studying the possibility of stipulating laws for cosmetic surgery in the country, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
