Dr. Ehab Aly Mohamed, a cosmetic surgeon who performed $100,000 procedures in his Encino and Beverly Hills offices, was charged Tuesday with involuntary manslaughter in the death of a 61-year-old liposuction patient, according to the Los Angeles County district attorney's office.
