Ban On Plastic Surgery For Under 18's

It comes after a Sydney surgery last week said it was extremely common for high shcool girls to have their lips plumped as a reward for graduating. Dr Geoffrey Lyons from the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons says the promise of procedures for good grades is unacceptable.
