Top surgeon acquitted in liposuction death case

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 7: The Court of Appeals, presided over by Judge Salah Al-Huti, has nullified the verdict of the First Instance Court, which convicted a famous surgeon and acquitted another of professional negligence that led to the death of a patient who underwent liposuction.
